For SA orders, after payment, your order is confirmed. We ship out within 18 hours and delivery is normally within 2 days in all major cities and 3-4 days in the outskirts

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND CAN I TRACK IT?

For SA orders-Delivery takes between 2-4 days depending on your location. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number. At JaqBella Hair Studio we ship all our orders with The Courier Guy, therefore you can track your waybill from their website.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK IN CLIENTS

We are a online store and do not accept walk in clients; however- we will allow clients via appointments only and provided it is an extremely urgent order. For appointments, kindly contact us on sales@jaqbellahairstudio.com
